evaluation led by Dr. Craig Tanio and his team. Conducted over three days, this highly personalized assessment is designed to uncover the underlying factors contributing to your health concerns through an in-depth review of your medical history, advanced diagnostic testing, and comprehensive data analysis.
Prior to your first appointment, you will complete detailed questionnaires through our patient portal and provide medical records and previous testing for review.
At the conclusion of your evaluation, Dr. Tanio and his team will provide personalized recommendations and develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan designed to address the root causes of your health concerns, evaluate the interconnected systems affecting your health, and establish a clear strategy for long-term health optimization.
This is not a standard medical appointment—it is an in-depth, multi-day process designed to uncover why you are experiencing health challenges and create a personalized roadmap for improved health and wellness.
