The Rezilir Way for Healthy Aging
Feel better.
Function longer.
Live fully.
Longevity is about adding life to your years, not just years to your life. Our results-driven longevity program focuses on how you age, using advanced diagnostics, personalized interventions, and lifestyle medicine to optimize your healthspan.
Why this is different
How you age, not just how long you live.
Most care is reactive. It waits for something to break, then treats it. A longevity approach asks a different question: what is driving how you age, and what can we change now to protect the years ahead?
Our program integrates functional medicine, genomics, and lifestyle coaching across your physical, metabolic, hormonal, and emotional health. The goal is your healthspan, the span of years you live well, with energy, clarity, and capacity intact.
The conventional path
Reactive care
- Waits for symptoms or disease to appear
- Treats one problem at a time, in isolation
- Standard labs that screen, but rarely map risk
- Generic, one-size guidance
- Measures lifespan, not how well you live it
The Rezilir Way
Our results-driven longevity program
- Precision testing to find your real risk factors
- A whole-body view: metabolism, hormones, cellular aging, movement, sleep
- Genomics, functional medicine, and lifestyle coaching together
- A plan built around you, then measured and adjusted
- Optimized for healthspan, not just lifespan
Care is led by
Dr. Craig Tanio, MD, FACP, IFMCP.
Dr. Tanio is a co-founder of Rezilir Health and oversees the clinical team. He is trained in general internal medicine, brain health, longevity, and precision medicine, and built his practice around finding and addressing the root causes of complex chronic conditions that conventional medicine often cannot resolve, including healthy aging.
His training includes a BA from UCLA, an MD from UCSF, and an MBA from The Wharton School, with an internal medicine residency and general internal medicine fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Medical Resident and a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar. He is on faculty at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Institute for Neuro-Immune Medicine at Nova Southeastern, and is a co-investigator on the Evanthea Research Study with Dr. Dale Bredesen.

What sets it apart
Six principles behind every plan.
The program is built on a consistent set of principles, whether you are focused on prevention, vitality, or reducing long-term risk. They shape how we test, how we treat, and how we stay with you over time.
01
Investigative
Precision testing to identify the risk factors that actually drive how you age.
02
Whole-body approach
Metabolism, hormones, cellular aging, movement, and sleep, looked at together.
03
Lifestyle-oriented
Nutrition, recovery, and behavior plans you can sustain, not just a prescription.
04
Patient-centered
We walk with you, not ahead of you, building care around your goals.
05
Safety-focused
Modern and integrative medicine delivered with careful clinical oversight.
06
Results-driven
Progress is measured, and your plan is adjusted as the data changes.
Program overview
Three phases, from a precise map to a lasting relationship.
Phase 1
Precision diagnostic mapping
We start by building a detailed picture of how you are aging at the genetic, metabolic, and structural level, so the plan is grounded in your biology.
Phase 2
Personalized intervention plan
With the map in hand, we build a plan that combines targeted therapies with the daily habits that compound over time.
Phase 3
Ongoing support and refinement
Longevity is not a one-time protocol. We track your progress and adjust, so your plan keeps pace with your life.
Quarterly biomarker reviews
Regular re-testing of the markers that matter, so progress is measured rather than assumed.
Wearable integration
Your day-to-day data woven into the plan, so decisions reflect how your body is really doing.
Integrative team access and accountability
Ongoing access to your care team and steady accountability to keep momentum going. It is not just a protocol. It is a relationship.
I see myself as a guide for my patients. We create a personalized plan together, and when they see their work make a difference, that's the best part of the day.

What to expect
Your first visit, and the path after it.
A 3-hour deep-dive evaluation
Your first visit is an in-depth, in-person evaluation with Dr. Tanio at our Hollywood, Florida clinic, with full diagnostics.
In-person to start
The initial assessment is conducted in person so we can gather the full picture before building your plan.
Follow-ups often remote
After your in-person visit, most follow-ups can be handled virtually by telehealth, wherever you are.
Your care team
Team-based care, by design.
The results that matter come from a coordinated team, not a single clinician working alone. Your plan is carried out by an in-house team who each bring a different expertise and work from the same picture of your health, with the diagnostics and therapies on-site to investigate and adjust the variables of your care.
- Physician-led care, with Dr. Tanio and the clinical team
- Nurse practitioners on the clinical team
- A registered dietitian and a health coach
- Physical therapy and integrative care coordination
- In-house diagnostics and therapies, under one roof
Fit matters
Who this program is built for.
The program works best for people who want a depth of investigation and a level of commitment that reactive care is not built to provide. We are direct about who that is, and who it is not.
A good fit
- Adults in their 40s to 70s seeking vitality and disease prevention
- Those with a family history of chronic illness
- Health-conscious adults who want to optimize how they feel and function
- Patients seeking a proactive alternative to reactive, wait-and-see care
- Patients prepared to visit Hollywood in person and commit to a program
Likely not a fit
- Patients seeking insurance-covered care (we are a private, out-of-network practice)
- Patients unable to travel to Hollywood, Florida for the in-person evaluation
- Patients looking for a single appointment or a one-time fix
- Patients not ready to engage with lifestyle and biomarker-led care
Evidence-informed
An approach grounded in research, measured by results.
Rezilir practices precision, evidence-informed medicine. Dr. Tanio is a co-investigator on the Evanthea Research Study with Dr. Dale Bredesen, and a principal investigator on registry studies tracking real-world patient outcomes.
Your longevity plan is built on that same methodology: test precisely, intervene specifically, then measure and adjust. Progress is tracked through quarterly biomarker reviews, so your plan reflects what your biology is actually showing, not guesswork.
Hope is Happening
Patients come to us in different stages of their journey. The common thread is what they tell us afterward. Their stories are why we built this clinic the way we did.
The Stories That Keep Us Going
Investment and insurance
Clear about the commitment, up front.
Rezilir Health is a private, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly, which lets us build your care around what will actually help you rather than what a plan will authorize.
We provide documentation you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. CareCredit is accepted in person, and HSA and FSA funds are accepted. When you submit a request, our team will follow up to walk you through what is included, what is not, and whether this is the right next step for you. There is no obligation to proceed.
Your Next Step
Begin with a conversation, not a commitment.
Tell us a little about what you are experiencing or what you are looking to address. A member of our team will follow up to discuss fit, timing, and what to expect from the evaluation.
